I think March is probably the most exciting month of the year. This is the season when the warm spring breeze begins to blow, the body escapes from the cold, and a new semester begins. I graduated from school a long time ago, so I have nothing to do with the entrance ceremony, but the feelings from that time still vaguely remain. These were things like the excitement of meeting new friends and the fear of a new environment. As a result, it seems that many of my friends consider the start of the year to be March, not January.

I've looked through it all, but if you don't have a place in particular you want to go to, Thailand is playing its role as a tourist destination so well that you can choose this place out of ignorance. The reason why March is especially recommended is because it boasts perfect temperatures and blue skies with almost no humidity or rainy season, which is typical of Southeast Asia. However, Thailand is unusual in that it is a peak season with tourists almost all year round, so it may be difficult to expect low airfare or hotel rates. Nevertheless, it is much cheaper than the prices in Korea or some European countries, so if you want to have a satisfying trip on a small budget, I recommend Thailand.
